Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's central online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). There is therefore no obligation to link to it. As we provide our services exclusively to businesses (B2B), §§ 36 and 37 VSBG did not apply in any case. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
